There are lots of new things in the works at the Clark and Center… Here’s a short round-up!
- Tonight marks the opening of the exhibit All Things New: Imperialism and Impact at the Clark (during our Open House celebrating the arrival of new Head Librarian Gerald Cloud and Center Director Barbara Fuchs). The exhibit will run through December 20, 2011. Please call (323-731-8529) the Clark if you are interested in viewing the show during our regular hours (M-F, 9am-4.45pm).
- Shuttle service from the UCLA campus to the Clark Library will begin this Friday and will continue on selected Fridays throughout this academic year! Needless to say, this is a very exciting development! More information and a schedule of shuttle times is posted on the Center website.
- The Clark will once again be participating in the Los Angeles Archives Bazaar, presented by L.A. as Subject and hosted by the USC Libraries. This year’s Bazaar (the 6th!) will take place in USC’s Doheny Library on October 22nd, from 9am-5pm. It is free and open to the public!
